Alex & Sara : Engaged!

I’ve been dying to get these photos up on the blog. I was smitten with these two within the first 2 minutes of meeting them. As I’m sure everyone is. You can see their crazy, happy love emanating off of them from a mile away. As it should be!!! Alex & Sara grew up in the same hometown. I have an incredibly soft, squishy place in my heart for hometown sweethearts, having married one myself. Their families live close to each other, they have history and stories for days, and every place in Chardon, Ohio holds a memory of their story together. Not to mention, they are both drop dead gorgeous. Swooooooooooon!!!!!!

One of my favorites!

We started out in downtown Chardon. It is such a beautiful, quaint little town.

Um, seriously. Sara you are too adorable. You will  be the most BEAUTYful bride.

Another fave. Your smiles are RADIANT!!!

Sara emailed me before the session and told me that they were a little nervous to be in front of the camera (as most people are). But I think she was lying. Look at them!!! Born naturals!! We hung out at this beautiful gazebo, because this is where Alex asked Sara to marry him. Melt!!

Alex, you’re gonna be one good lookin’ groom. If you don’t mind me saying. 😉 And Sara’s eyelashes? Alllll hers. And totes GORG!!!

On the drive into Chardon, I was scoping out the landscape and was hoping to spot a nice open field. I saw a few potentials, but then Sara told me she had another one in mind. Hello, perfection.

The sun was setting and giving off the most brilliant light I’ve had the pleasure to photograph in. I couldn’t stop squealing with delight after every photo I took.

The official finding is in : you two don’t take a bad picture.

There are love birds everywhere, melting with the amazingness of this photo. ADORE!!

That sunset? LOVE!

To say that I can’t wait for your wedding is most likely the understatement of the year. I simply. Can’t. Wait. 🙂 My mind is already racing with photo opps.

I wanted to end this by showing how truly AWEsome Sara is. This girl took off her (adorable!) wedges to walk through this field. I don’t know too many girls who are that brave and willing to get that down and dirty for my camera. I heart you. (Both)

Congratulations on your upcoming September wedding Alex & Sara. I feel truly honored to be a part of your magical day. xoxo
