There is something that is contagious about newborns and their sweetness. They have the ability to turn any and everyone into cooing, swaying, sighing, bubble-over-with-love phenomenons. I was Hudson’s most recent victim when I went to his beautiful home in Victorian Village where I met his gorgeous mommy and daddy, happy grandma and doting “aunt” Sarah. I was smitten from the moment I got him in my arms. And it was pretty tough to put him down to actually take the photographs. Alas…my work must be done.
Meet the handsome Hudson.
That tongue!! That little curl of a smile. Happy baby.
This is one of my two faves. I can’t get over those lips. (this was almost your sneak peek photo!) Swoooon!
Hello gorgeous family. Becca…if you saw strangers on the street and told them that you gave birth one week ago, they would call you a liar. You look amaze!!
I love peeking around nurseries. So many special touches have been added by many people waiting patiently for the new little’s arrival. This nursery was no different.
Special wishes from friend’s and family for baby Hudson. Such a beautiful idea. They hung from a wishing tree in his room. I could’ve read them all day.
My favorite. A full, dreamy smile. Not to mention when Becca got out the leopard print blanket and asked if I liked it, my answer was to snatch it and immediately prep it for photos. PERFECTION!!
If I’ve photographed your family and you have pets…you know I always take a special moment to get a few photos of them. I think a life without pets in the house would be like a life without laughter. I simply love them.
This was Becca’s idea. Love! I’m happy you can see the glint of Matt’s wedding ring. So special.
Ah! I lied! I have three favorites!!! Matt, you look like one proud daddy. 🙂
This one’s for dad.
Ok…even kitty Lola poses perfectly! All the cat people know that she’s frantically trying to escape. But looking perfect while doing so. 😉
Congratulations on the arrival of perfect Hudson!! I’m so happy to have been able to photograph him in his teeniest stage. I wish your family the absolute best. Enjoy this time…I hear it flies by. 🙂 xoxo
