When I first spoke with Abby on the phone and she was interested in a sunrise session…I knew she was awesome, unique and incredibly special. I don’t know too many seniors willing to get up before the sun for the sake of their senior photos. When it came down to scheduling, we did end up going with a sunset session and we couldn’t have gotten a better evening. And when I met up with beautiful Abby and saw she had sassy red pants on…well, it was love at first fashion glance.
This girl has such an infectious smile!!!! I couldn’t help smiling at her while she was smiling at me through my viewfinder. Abby…don’t EVER lose that bright smile. It’s GORG!!
This is a favorite of mine. She told me she loves elephants and Harry Potter…the elephant jewelry took me over the edge. Awesome!
Abby is quite an active Senior. She’s involved in student council, Interact (volunteering club) – she used to volunteer at the zoo! She’s also in chamber orchestra at her school which is the better of the two orchestras. I was pumped she brought her violin. It helps to tell your Senior Story.
LOVE! She has such beautiful porcelain skin with a dusting of freckles. Women pay big bucks at their dermatologists to have skin look this great.
In Abby’s Words:
What was your favorite part about your Senior Photo Session? It made me feel like a senior! And I got to be silly, I don’t normally enjoy taking pictures (at least when my dads the photographer!)
What college do you want to go to? University of Chicago
How do you feel about going away to college? I’m really, really excited. I’m ready to be on my own.
What do you plan to study? Biology
What do you want to be when you grow up? Research Biologist
What is the one thing you are most excited for at college? Meeting new people!
Another favorite of mine. This was toward the end of our session when I start saying “Ok, last one.” about a million times. She hung in there. Bravo.
Oh the sun!! The setting sun!! It was coming down this alley in just the perfect way. I love a warm summer glow. It’s these kinds of things that make me jump up and down and say “HURRY!!! Stand in front of that door!” And these are also the things that make me look a little nuts.
Congratulations on your Senior Year Abby!!! I’m so excited for what’s to come. I know you’ll do great things!! Best of luck to you and ENJOY…it goes fast! xoxo
