When I met with Sarah and her mom about her upcoming fall wedding…we instantly connected. Her smile lit up the room and we sat and chatted for almost an hour. Which for an 8 month pregnant lady, that’s a looooooong time. 😉 So I was elated when she and her fiance decided to choose me as their wedding photographer and even more excited when they wanted to get going on their engagement photos pronto. Which thankfully we did. Because little Leo made his debut a short few weeks after we shot these!
Sarah and Eric met in undergraduate school at the University of Toledo. In an elevator. At the library! Cuuuuute!!! So we had to hit up a library to help tell their story. Here are a few of my favorites from their session. Aren’t they gorgeous?
It was early spring and as all of you know…we’ve had the worst, coldest, yuckiest, dreariest, wettest, give-me-warmth-or-I’m-leaving-Ohio-kind-of-Spring since most of us can remember so the snow on the ground shouldn’t surprise any of you. It just made this adorbs-fest couple have to snuggle closer. 😉 I do love how they are bathed in sun-setting light. And how freaking CUTE they are!!
Handsome groom!!! Eric, I can’t wait to meet your groomsmen…I have a feeling you guys will have a kick-booty wedding party. That will be supa-fun to hang out with.
And now my fave! And also your sneak peek…I just love this photograph. You two look so, so happy.
Did I mention that you two wore perfect outfits?? I mean perfect. The colors, the contrast, the textures. You nailed it. (Good job Sarah!!) And this next image was alllllllllmost your sneak peek. It was my second favorite. I love, love, love it.
And Sarah…I mean really. You are GORGous girl!!! You are going to be one STUNNING bride. I can’t WAIT for your wedding!!!
I had such a great time with you two!!! I can’t thank you ENOUGH for your patience. Since Leo came nearly ten days early, I had to put their images on hold and they have been nothing but patient with me. You two are the B-E-S-T, BEST, BEST, BEST!!!!! (now and then the cheerleader in me comes out. Hope that’s ok.) I can’t wait for your wedding! We’re going to have a ball! Congrats! xoxoxo
