We got the text at 7:30 in the morning (3 days past her due date) that precious little Rozlyn had finally stepped out on the scene. She’d arrived on May 27th at 12:12am weighing in at 7 pounds 4 ounces and 19 little inches long. Her mama did great and in fact had gotten her nails done after her water had broken the day before. (Super woman.) So I was dying to get over to meet Baby Roz. Leo is getting big. (Even though the doctor keeps telling me he’s only in the 12th percentile for weight.) I think he’s huge. So I eat up every chance I get to snuggle a teeny tiny newborn.
And Roz is GORG. So sweet and tiny. Her big brother is hands down the best big brother. Ever. So gentle and so enraptured by his little sister. Levi, you are adorbs. Here are my faves from one of my fave fams.
This makes me melt. Levi’s little voice alone makes me melt. But this combo? Swoooooon.
Proud Daddy. You can tell this little girl has her Daddy wrapped around her finger already. I’m so happy for you, friend.
Kate…these photos of you are breathtaking. You are so gorgeous. You just had a baby. No one feels pretty after they have a baby…but you my friend really look beautiful. This one is my favorite.
Looooooove this. It needs blown up and put on a canvas in her room. Stat.
Kate and I couldn’t stop laughing when we put this adorable hat on Roz. Apparently she loved it as much as we did. Look at this presh little smile.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed our time together celebrating Roz’s arrival – even though she was a little late. Probably going to be the story of her life. 😉 Girls. Your new family of four is beyond perfect and I feel incredibly proud and honored that I’ve been there to photograph Levi as a new babe and now baby Roz. Thank you for letting me share your story with photographs – the only way I do it. Love you guys! xoxox
