Sarah and Eric both have the kind of families that every wedding vendor wants to work with…they were just plain awesome. Jenny and I were welcomed from the get-go with big smiles, open arms and a whole lotta lovin’. I’m a huge fan of fun families…so I loved every minute of this beautiful wedding in Lima, Ohio. Here are a few of my favorites.
Sarah’s mom came with her to meet me at her photography consultation. I loved both of them instantly. She has the warmest smile!
You, my dear, are gorrrrrgeous!
It was time to get married. And this little guy stole my heart.
My favorite thing about this image (other than Eric’s face as he sees his bride for the first time) is the way his mother is looking at him. So excited, proud and happy that he is marrying the love of his life. I know I just took things to a whole new level, but after having Leo I look at mother-son relationships in a whole new light. And don’t you know I LOVE a good black and white with a touch of grain.
These two were surrounded by people who loved them. The way it should be on a wedding day.
Married!!! Newlyweds!! WOOT WOOT!!!
This might be my most favorite bridesmaid photo. Ever. In life. You girls are SO UNBELIEVABLY GORRRRRG!!!!!
There, on the right, FAVE!!!
I love this one! Obviously something hilarious has been said (from the look on Sarah’s face, I’d guess it was most likely an inappropriate comment from the peanut gallery) but I mostly love how you two kept hanging on to each other. Caaauuuuuuuuuuute!!
My girl Jenny of Jenny Barnes Photography handled the boys. And she did a fab job. Aaaaaas always.
I love when Jenny and I shoot at the same time…our views are always different. This first one is my view…
Seriously!!! When I saw this in my camera afterwards, I KNEW it would be a blog photo. You are so BEAUTY-full Sarah! And your veil makes me sad I did a tiny bird cage veil at my own wedding. I want THIS!
I appreciate girls that hurry back from a bathroom break…and who can run in heels. You three are MVP to me!
Time to party!
Introducing the new Mr. & Mrs. !!!!!
So this was another great reception with tons of dancing. Like non-stop. If you looked carefully, you could see Jenny and I breaking it down on the sidelines too.
If I gave out an award for best facial expressions in a wedding party…it’d go to that guy. On the far right. You, my friend, were entertaining!
I love, love, love how much you two danced together at your reception. I hope you remember that part of your day forever.
And this bouquet toss has a special story. Not only do I love Kelly’s expression (that cute adorable gal who caught the bouquet) but ironically enough…I shot her wedding 2 weeks later. So LADIES!!! Get out there for the toss!! Your big day could be two weeks away. 😉
I can’t tell you what an honor it was to photograph your wedding Sarah and Eric! Thank you for trusting us with your story. I wish you guys the absolute best!! xoxoxo
