Ohhh these two!! It was a freezing cold morning. I had emailed Cati earlier in the week to see if she wanted to switch her sunrise session to a sunset session because it would be approximately 28 degrees warmer in the evening – give or take. She said that they would brave the cold because they loved the morning light….and I’m SO GLAD they did!!! I love morning light too. It’s a beautiful, quiet time of the day when we normally have a location all to our selves. Now…it was FREEZING!! And I’m so proud that Cati & Peter stuck it out. They just snuggled up a bit more…which made me even happier. Enjoy this gorgeous and super in-love couple along with my favorite photos of our morning together. You two are the BEST!
My sun flares were on point that morning!!! Couldn’t stop myself…this morning light was perfection. These two…faves!
Cati!!! You are simply stunning!! You will be the most gorgeous bride…ever!!
Goooood lookin’ groom alert! I love the way these two could make each other laugh and smile. Makes my job cake!
I had such a great time with you guys! I hope you eventually warmed back up and got the feeling back in your toes. 😉 Congrats Cati & Peter!!!

How They Met :: (As told by Cati) We were both at a bar and Peter asked me to dance. His confidence was appealing. That moment was love at first sight, there was an instant connection between us. We went out again the next day and the rest is history.
How He Asked :: (as told by Peter) :: We bought tickets to the Big Ten Championship game in August, 2014. This trip was pre-planned and my brothers and our friends were already going, there was about 12 of us. I thought this was a great opportunity for me to ask her and it was the least expected as well. I reserved a carriage ride around downtown Indianapolis at the Monument Circle where there was a huge artificial tree and at the end of the carriage ride, I had a banner that wrote “Will you marry me Cati” that my brothers were holding up. She said yes and here we are.
