It’s an incredible honor when a family asks you to come back for another wedding. I first met this pretty bride when I was shooting her sister’s wedding. Same place, same venue. I was instantly in-love with this family and wanted them to adopt me. I can’t even imagine how fun your family holidays are! Enjoy my favorites from your very special day.
As always, big huge thank you to Jenny! When you have more than one photographer, you can grab more than one pretty angle. 😉
I can’t even get over how perfect you two are for each other. Oh and hey Cait….THAT DRESS!!!!! <3 <3
Mr & Mrs!! Woot woot!!
I adore these three. I really can’t thank you enough for having me back. Carli…call me. 😉
Bessssst wedding party!!
That one on the right?? AHHHH!!!!
Again, best entrances of the year!
Cait’s sisters did a mic-drop performance with their speech. Rapping, dancing, singing and special cameo appearances made this my favorite part of their day.
In short, I was with the Kahl sisters + family…so I had an AH-mazing time. Congrats to Chuck & Cait. I adore you guys!! Thank you for trusting me with these awesome memories! xoxoxoxo
CHUCK + CAIT
Together :: September 16, 2013 | Engaged :: November 2, 2014 | Married :: October 10, 2015
5 Words to Describe your Day:
CAIT :: Unforgettable, Magical, Blessed, Loving, Fun!
CHUCK:: Family, Friends, Food, Fireball, Fun!
Most Memorable Moment:
CAIT & CHUCK:: Cait’s sisters’ Maid and Matron of Honor Speech – they rapped, danced, sang, made everyone cry a little and laugh a lot. Perfection!
Who had the most fun:
CAIT :: Probably one of my bridesmaid, Mrs. Bright aka L Beezzzzzy! She danced her dress off…..literally.
CHUCK:: Probably all the people who rode the party bus with us…Combine Grandma’s Jell-O-shots, a Go-Pro on a fireball bottle, and stopping at the local tavern, you’re in for a good time!
Advice for future brides & grooms
CHUCK:: Help more. (This was the first thing Chuck said when I asked him this question, I had to include for all the brides out there ;)!)
BOTH:: Don’t forget what getting married is really about. You can get wrapped up in the planning, organizing, all the little things you need to get done and forget that you are about to commit to spending your life with your best friend. It truly is a blessing and such a fulfilling experience. Nothing will be perfect, things will go wrong, but try to remember to take it all in and cherish the day as much as you can. It goes by entirely too fast but is well worth the wait!
Funniest Moment of the Day
CAIT :: Probably have to go with my sister’s speech again! Too good and deserves another shout out.
CHUCK:: Tommy, the Best Man. He knows what he did.
First Dance :: “Forever Girl” by Jon Langston
Mother & Son Dance :: “Letter to My Mother” by Edwin McCain
Father & Daughter Dance :: “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw
